A minimum 50% deposit of the total package amount is required to secure your date. Your slot is not reserved until the deposit has been received and cleared.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please think carefully before making a reservation.

Yes. In the event of weather issues or personal emergencies, you may change the date once at no extra charge, up to 60 days before the original date, with a validity period of 6 months. The new date is subject to the availability of our photography team. If no suitable date can be arranged, the deposit will not be refunded.

All packages are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to others.

For Pre-Wedding packages, Lisa leads the shoot personally alongside her trusted team.

For Big Day packages, clients may choose to have Lisa take on either the photography or videography role.

For LGBT Flyfree Wedding and Wedding Planning services, Lisa takes on the role of Wedding Planner — overseeing the entire process and coordinating all arrangements. Photography and videography will be handled by photographers and videographers from Soulmate Film's trusted long-term network, ensuring consistent quality and style.

Private car hire is not included in the package and will be borne by the client. We highly recommend opting for a private car service rather than self-driving — it saves the hassle of finding parking and allows you to focus fully on the shoot. Venue fees and entrance fees are also not included and will be paid by the client. If the shooting location is in a remote area not directly accessible by MTR, an additional taxi fee may apply.

All photos in JPEG format and videos in MP4 format will be delivered within 3 to 3.5 months after the ceremony date.

In the event of disputes, loss, or damage related to footage, our liability is limited to a refund of all payments received from the client, up to 100% of the contract amount. Soulmate Film reserves the right of final interpretation in all matters.
